Our Returns & Exchanges Commitment
Your satisfaction is paramount. If your artwork does not resonate as you hoped, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process within a defined period.
General Policy Overview
- Return Window: You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused, and undamaged condition, in the original packaging with all included certificates of authenticity.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).
- Refunds: Issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
To preserve the integrity of custom and fragile artworks, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Relief Murals: These are often custom-made or site-specific installations.
- Custom-Framed Canvas Paintings: Any canvas painting that has been specifically framed or altered per customer request.
- Any artwork marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
This policy ensures we respect the bespoke nature of works like our Relief Murals and personalized commissions.
Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, email our Customer Care team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange. Using the template below streamlines your request.
- Receive Authorization: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed packing/shipping instructions.
- Securely Package Your Artwork: Please repackage the item securely in its original packaging. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box. We highly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.
- Ship the Package: Send the package to our fulfillment center. Retain your shipping receipt and tracking number.
- Inspection & Processing: Once received, our team will inspect the item (process takes 3-5 business days). Upon approval, we will proceed with your exchange or refund.
Refunds & Exchanges Details
Refunds
- Timing: After your return is approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
- Method: The refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). The time it appears on your statement depends on your bank or PayPal’s policies.
- Deductions: Original shipping fees (both Standard and the calculated value of Free Shipping) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We happily exchange items for a different size or artwork of equal or greater value.
- If the new item costs more, you will be invoiced for the difference.
- If it costs less, we will refund the difference.
- For exchanges, we will cover the cost of re-shipping the new item to you.
