This policy outlines our straightforward process for returns and exchanges, crafted with the same care we put into curating our collections.
General Policy Overview
- Return Window: You have 15 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return or exchange.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused, and undamaged condition, in the original packaging with all certificates of authenticity (if applicable).
- Non-Returnable Items: Due to their custom or fragile nature, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Relief Murals: These are often custom-made or installed artworks.
- Canvas Paintings that have been specifically framed or altered per customer request.
- Any artwork marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or damaged upon arrival).
- Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, contact our customer care team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange. You may use the template provided below.
- Receive Authorization & Instructions: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed packing/shipping instructions.
- Securely Package Your Artwork: Please repackage the item securely in its original packaging. Include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box. We highly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.
- Ship the Package: Send the package to our fulfillment center. Please retain your shipping receipt and tracking number.
- Inspection & Processing: Once received, our team will inspect the item (process takes 3-5 business days). Upon approval, we will proceed with your exchange or refund.
Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds
- Timing: After your return is approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
- Method: The refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). The time it appears on your statement depends on your bank or PayPal’s policies.
- Deductions: Original shipping fees (both Standard and the calculated value of Free Shipping) are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of re-shipping the new item.
Exchanges
We happily exchange items for a different size or artwork of equal or greater value. If the new item costs more, you will be invoiced for the difference. If it costs less, we will refund the difference.

- For items damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may require photographs to assist you promptly and file a claim with our carrier (DHL, FedEx, or EMS).
- Our global shipping network excludes certain remote regions. If you are located in an excluded area and received a damaged item, we will work with you on a case-by-case solution.
